This means that the implant is placed in the jawbone immediately after the tooth is removed. Implants placed in this way can be expected to have a higher healing potential.

We use a new drilling technique: Osseodensification, where no bone material is removed.

3D diagnostics / 3D implantology

In the run-up to every implantation, our practice uses three-dimensional X-ray imaging on the computer – 3D diagnostics. With the “Digital Volume Tomography” (DVT) our team can see every smallest detail of the jaw bones. This modern procedure makes it possible to detect infections or cysts, for example, which would not be visible on a conventional panoramic X-ray.

Our Fehér team uses DVT to determine the available bone volume and diagnose existing bone loss. We also measure the height, length and width of the bones and analyze their relation to anatomical areas. For example, analyzing the inferior alveolar nerve or the sinus cavity of the maxilla is important in preparation for surgery.

Osseodensification – the new drilling technique

A bone incision (osteotomy) is always performed with drills during implantation. We use the new and gentle drilling technique – called osseodensification, which preserves the bone mass.

Compared to the conventional drilling techniques, bone material removal is not necessary and, in addition, this technique improves the stability of the implant.

Pre- and post-operative preparation – Bone Healing Protocoll

The Bone Healing Protocoll (BHP Protocoll) is a surgical support for bone regeneration. The protocoll must be strictly followed for each patient, two weeks before the surgery date and two weeks after the surgery.

This involves vitamin and nutrient supplementation. Also, during this phase, the diet should be hypoallergenic, as nutrient-rich as possible.

In implantology we integrate and continue our biological principles. We mostly use the metal-free, body-friendly ceramic implants. They offer optimal biocompatibility and esthetics at the highest level, because in terms of color they come closest to the natural tooth color.

We choose ceramic implants because they are made of zirconium oxide and are therefore completely metal-free and tissue-friendly. Unlike titanium implants, they only heal in perfectly healthy bone. Therefore, our biological dentistry first eliminates the inflammation in the bone, creating the best conditions for placing the ceramic implants.

1. Initial consultation

2. Treatment and cost plan

Our implantologists create an individual, detailed treatment and cost plan.

3. Implant surgery

Our specialists perform the implant surgery.

We make you comfortable during your treatment:

4. Temporary restoration

You will receive your temporary restoration.

5. Crown, bridge or prosthesis

After 2-4 months of healing you will receive your crown, bridge or prosthesis.

We prepare a pleasant stay for you during your treatment:

– to ensure your comfort during the treatment at the highest level, we offer special music therapy during your treatment.

– after placing an implant, we put Hilotherm cooling mask on your face for our patients.
