Before your first appointment you will have to fill out a questionnaire, which will require giving some information about yourself and your dental complaint. It is of the utmost importance that this be done precisely and accurately, so that we may assess the risks and plan the best way of treating you.
The next step is to take a panorama X-ray of your teeth using state-of-the-art digital equipment. One great advantage of this new technology is that you are only exposed to one tenth of the radiation of a conventional X-ray. With the help of the X-ray image we acquire important information about the health of your teeth, mandible and gums.
This is followed by the inspection of the teeth and the oral cavity, during which special attention is paid to oral hygiene. Our intra-oral camera, used for dental examinations, can show the tiniest areas in great detail on the screen.
